Two questions about 2012 Further Trial Exam 1: Networks Module

Question 2 Why is the solution A and not B

Question 4 Doesn't an Euler Path require the degree of all vertices to be even except exactly 2 odd? Isn't it an Euler Circuit that can start on any vertice as long as they are all of an even degree? Therefore, shouldn't the solution be A.
